Terms of service

This is a planning demo, not a live product — there is no real agreement here to accept. A production build would need actual terms covering booking/cancellation liability, payment processing, and vendor/customer obligations before launch (see docs/18-roadmap-and-milestones.md, launch checklist).

1. What this is

BookSpace (demo) is a prototype built to demonstrate a booking engine spanning multiple venue/service categories. No real bookings, payments, or agreements are created by using it.

2. No real transactions

Any "payment," "refund," or "confirmation" shown is simulated. No card details are collected and no funds move.

3. Demo data

Accounts, listings, and reviews are seeded sample data, reset whenever the database is reseeded. Don't enter real personal information.
